CRCA’s Structure & Model

CRCA is a NAUMS partner school

Learn more about the University Model here.

At CRCA, education isn’t about pumping facts into brains. It’s about preparing students for life. We want to help parents develop their students into maturity and our structure and model work towards this goal.

CRCA's dual-campus model: Central Classroom (Tues/Thurs) & Satellite Classroom (Mon/Wed/Fri)

Lower Elementary K-2nd

CRCA Lead Teachers

In-Class Instruction & Lesson Plans for Satellite Campus

In the classroom, teachers create a joyful and structured environment where students build foundational academic skills, develop healthy classroom habits, grow in confidence, and acknowledge God’s authority, presence and character. Through hands-on learning, encouragement, and intentional discipleship, teachers help students cultivate curiosity, wonder, and a love for learning God’s truth.

Co-Teacher Role

Assistant Teacher

In the early elementary years, parents work closely alongside their students. During this foundational stage, co-teachers help establish rhythms of learning, nurture curiosity, and reinforce skills taught in the classroom all in ways they know connect with their child. With strong guidance and support from the school, parents play an active role in daily instruction, encouragement, and cultivating a love for learning the foundations for faith and life.

Upper Elementary 3rd-5th

CRCA Lead Teachers

In-Class Instruction & Lesson Plans for Satellite Campus

During the upper elementary years, teachers help students deepen academic understanding while encouraging greater responsibility and critical thinking. Classroom instruction becomes increasingly collaborative and discussion-based as students learn to communicate ideas, solve problems, and grow in both character and independence. Teachers continue to provide strong guidance while coaching students toward ownership of their learning.

Co-Teacher Role

Assistant Teacher

As students grow in confidence and independence, parents continue in their role as Assistant Teachers while helping students take greater ownership of their learning. Co-teachers provide accountability, support academic growth at home, and encourage responsibility, organization, and character development. On Satellite days, Co-teachers guide students through their daily agenda and coach any student-teacher interactions. This stage bridges guided learning with increasing student independence.

Middle 6th-7th

CRCA Lead Teachers

In-Class Instruction & Lesson Plans for Satellite Campus

In middle school, teachers transition into a mentorship-centered role that encourages students to think independently, engage thoughtfully, and take increasing responsibility for their education. Teachers facilitate deeper discussion, guide students in developing and practicing discernment through a biblical worldview, and help students strengthen habits of accountability, leadership, and self-direction in both academics and faith.

Co-Teacher Role

Supervisor

In middle school, students begin transitioning more into independent learners. Parents shift from direct instruction into a Supervisor role—providing oversight, structure, accountability, and encouragement while students learn to manage assignments, develop critical thinking skills, and grow in personal responsibility. On Satellite days, Co-teachers supervise students’ progress through their daily agenda and any necessary student-teacher interactions. This stage helps prepare students for greater academic ownership and maturity that is ready for real-world scenarios quickly approaching them.

High School

We look forward to building out the school adding a grade on each year. When we add 9th grade, we will also add the Co-Teacher Role of Mentor.
